Sister Moon Policies
Booking Appointments
A credit card will be needed to reserve your booking. Confirmation will be made
24 hours prior to an appointment ensuring you have all the information regarding
your visit. Certain treatments should not be performed on those with severe medical
conditions or those who are pregnant. Please notify us when booking your appointment
of any such condition or any allergies you may have so we may customize your
treatment. Your health and well being is our priority.
Upon arriving
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow
for check in and complimentary foot soak. Our Spa Hostess will escort
you and explain everything you need to know about your spa visit.
We provide plush robes, sandals, towels and steam shower facilities.
For your comfort, we ask that you refrain from wearing jewelry during
your spa visit. All our spa services (excluding ala carte) begin with an
aromatic foot soak and your choice of soothing teas.
Quiet Please
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request children
not accompany you to your spa visit, and cell phones and pagers
be turned off while enjoying the spa.
Cancellation
Policy
We ask that you give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation may
be necessary, and with 24 hours notice there is never a charge.
Less than 24 hours notice, 50% of service price will be charged.
No shows will be charged 100% of service price.
